Sanne is werkzaam binnen de sectie ondernemingsrecht en contractenrecht. Sanne werkt vanuit de vestiging Amsterdam en adviseert ondernemingen en investeerders op het gebied van fusies en overnames, commerciële contracten, private equity transacties en herstructureringen. Daarnaast vertegenwoordigt hij cliënten in uiteenlopende kwesties, waaronder contractuele aansprakelijkheidskwesties en aandeelhoudersgeschillen.
Na het afronden van een bachelor rechtsgeleerdheid aan de Universiteit Utrecht, heeft Sanne gekozen voor een master Nederlands recht met specialisatie ondernemingsrecht.
Sanne works within the Corporate & Contract Law practice group. Sanne works from the Amsterdam office and advises companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, private equity transactions and restructuring. He also represents clients in a variety of matters, including contractual liability issues and shareholder disputes.
After completing a Bachelor's degree in Law at Utrecht University, Sanne opted for a Master's degree in Dutch law with a specialisation in Corporate Law.
