About Roelie Conijn

Roelie Conijn specialises in employment law and is an employment law mediator. She advises various national and international companies on a range of employment law issues, such as terms of employment, reorganisations, privacy, non-competition clauses, employment disability, rehabilitation, employee participation and dismissal. She also regularly acts for both works councils and employers in employee participation cases and also advises and assists directors under the articles of association and other directors.

Roelie Conijn can also be engaged as a mediator for all disputes that arise between employers and employees and among employees themselves.

Roelie Conijn is originally from Wormer, but now lives in Alkmaar. She loves to exercise and does CrossFit and weightlifting almost daily. Roelie enjoys travelling to distant places and cooking is her other passion.
