About Wouter de Vries

Wouter de Vries (born in 1988) is a lawyer at our Utrecht office.

Wouter has over 10 years of experience in civil real estate and construction law. He mainly advises and litigates in cases concerning tenancy law, the sale and purchase of real estate and apartment law (commercial and residential properties). He also regularly acts for main contractors, subcontractors and principals. Since joining Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocaten, Wouter has also been part of the Procurement Law practice group.

Wouter is analytically strong, flexible and practical and has extensive consulting and litigation experience. As a result, he gets to the heart of the matter quickly and can advise you well and in clear language on the possibilities and risks of your case.

Wouter lives in Utrecht, but grew up in Zwolle and studied in Nijmegen. His hobbies are playing basketball, reading and being outdoors.
