You'll be joining a team that primarily focuses on legal services in the (professional) sports world, primarily representing clients in professional football. Advising and litigating domestically and internationally on employment conditions, football transfers, and conflicts between players and intermediaries/clubs are part of your work. You'll also work within the firm's general employment law practice, advising on acquisitions and reorganizations and the establishment of employment conditions. We also litigate extensively in a wide range of dismissal cases for both employers and employees/directors. The team enjoys an open, pleasant, and informal work atmosphere, where professionalism and high-quality service are paramount. Communication lines are short, and we operate an open-door policy.
Profile
- a completed master's degree in civil law, with several years (4-6) of relevant work experience;
- able to independently handle complex (international) cases;
- commercial, enterprising, independent and sporty;
- very interested in sports, especially football;
- excellent command of Dutch and English (proficiency in an additional foreign language is an advantage).
