At our office in Utrecht , 15 lawyers work in the Departments Corporate Law, Procedural Law, Employment Law, Insolvency and Real Estate & Construction. High level of thinking, hard work, but also conviviality and humor are things that characterize our office.
The Real Estate & Construction Utrecht section is formed by a small, energetic and driven team, which also works together with the other branches. This section deals with all legal aspects of real estate and construction: construction and procurement law, tenancy law, project development, liability law, (international) contract law and procedural law. Clients are mainly medium-sized and large companies in the construction world and the real estate sector and there is a need for an expert in this field. lawyer , who enjoys to practice this practice together with the partner Vastgoed & Bouw and to further develop it. In addition to the aforementioned characteristics, the team has an open working atmosphere, professionalism and a high quality of service, especially since the clientele consists of medium-sized/large and professional companies.
Profile
- lawyer with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in real estate and construction;
- able to handle complex cases independently;
- able to make a significant contribution to the development of the section.
