Parttime secretaresse (m/v/x) – Duitse sectie Amsterdam

Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocaten is looking for a part-time secretary (2 to 3 days a week) to strengthen the secretariat of our German section in Amsterdam .

What are you going to do?

• You manage electronic files in Kleos.
• You will support our lawyers and partners with a variety of secretarial and organizational tasks: from mail processing and telephone calls to agenda management and travel planning.
• You prepare monthly invoices and payment reminders.
• You organize events such as Christmas drinks, New Year's receptions and conferences.

What are you bringing?

• You have an excellent command of German and Dutch, both spoken and written. English and/or French are a plus.
• You work carefully, independently and have strong communication skills.
• You have a representative appearance and a friendly, professional attitude.
• You feel comfortable in an intercultural work environment.
• You are discreet and handle confidential information well.
• You have extensive experience with Microsoft Office.
