About André Lieshout

André Lieshout is a associate partner in the Utrecht office, with specialist knowledge of employment and corporate law. He mainly advises companies and institutions, including multinationals, on matters such as major reorganisations, shareholder disputes, liability cases, acquisitions and unlawful competition. He also assists professionals in disciplinary cases, including accountants in proceedings before the Accountancy Division and the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal.

André Lieshout lives in Utrecht. He has many interests. In terms of sports, these include football (having been president of NAC Breda), running, cycling, chess and mountain hiking. He is also a great lover of classical music and jazz and does not say no to a good glass of wine or whisky from the Scottish Isles.
