A second area of his practice is dealing with insurance disputes and professional liability. Against the backdrop of a growing claims culture, Michaël advises and litigates for and against lawyers, estate agents, civil-law notaries, directors, trustees and others in civil damages actions and disciplinary proceedings. His experience in criminal law serves him well in fraud cases, while his experience in corporate law is extremely useful in proceedings for and against directors and trustees.
