Femke Jansen is partner op de vestiging Utrecht binnen de sectie Ondernemingsrecht en M&A / Fusies en overnames. Zij adviseert en procedeert over een breed scala aan ondernemingsrechtelijke kwesties, met een focus op overnames en investeringen, samenwerkingsovereenkomsten (waaronder joint ventures, aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten en managementovereenkomsten) en commerciële (handels)contracten (opstellen, beoordelen en procederen als er geschillen zijn).
Femke is in 2012 haar carrière begonnen bij Van Diepen Van der Kroef. Van 2016-2021 heeft zij in het Caribische Sint Maarten gewoond en was zij daar werkzaam als advocaat in een brede, internationale civiele proces- en adviespraktijk, waarin zij met name grotere ondernemingen bijstond.
Femke woont met haar partner en twee dochters onder de rook van Utrecht, in Maarssen. Ze is lid van Rotary Club Utrecht-Fletiomare.
Femke Jansen is a partner at the Utrecht office in the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. She advises and litigates on a wide range of corporate law issues, with a focus on acquisitions and investments, collaboration agreements (including joint ventures, shareholder agreements and management agreements) and commercial (trade) contracts (drafting, reviewing and litigating when disputes arise). Femke started her career at Van Diepen Van der Kroef in 2012. From 2016-2021, she lived on the Caribbean island of Sint Maarten and practised there as a lawyer in a broad, international civil litigation and advisory practice, assisting businesses and entrepreneurs in particular. There, her clients included some of the biggest companies - including the airport, the utility company and several large, international resorts and marinas.
Femke lives with her partner and two daughters in Maarssen, close to Utrecht. She is a member of the Utrecht-Fletiomare Rotary Club.

VDVDK advised and assisted one of the minority shareholders in the sale of its interest in the international group Constellation Cold Logistics.
VDVDK assisted the selling shareholders and the purchasing managers in the sale of a majority stake in Hillco Poeliersbedrijf to Anders Invest.
Neurolytics, innovator in AI video analytics for HR and recruitment, has raised an investment. VDVDK advised investors ROM Utrecht Region and Familiefonds BarUni.
VDVDK assisted ROM Utrecht Region with the investment in the Utrecht IT company PLTFRM.
