Ken Watanabe

Ken Watanabe is a partner and works out of the Amsterdam office. Ken is specialised in Company Law & Contract Law. He advises companies and investors in mergers & acquisitions and in the drafting and critical review of commercial contracts e.g. sales contracts, lease contracts, licencing agreements, finance contracts and franchise agreements. In addition, he represents clients in civil proceedings, among others, concerning contractual liability and disputes relating to mergers & takeovers.
