About Robbert Reijnen

Robbert Reijnen specialises in corporate law. In this context, he advises business owners about entering into commercial agreements. Examples include agreements for purchase, leasing, trade, transport, distribution, suppliers and franchises, asset-liability contracts, shareholder agreements and collaboration agreements. Robbert is regularly asked to draft these contracts. He also regularly advises and litigates on disputes involving the performance of these agreements.

Additionally, a large part of Robbert's practice deals with real estate and construction law. He advises and litigates on matters including tenancy law, the sale and purchase of real estate and the performance of building contracts. In this context, he regularly acts for estate agents, property developers, tenants, landlords, contractors, subcontractors, principals and owners' associations.

Robbert also specialises in agricultural law, dealing in particular with issues relating to leases, liability for damage caused by sprinkling or other agricultural activities and disputes relating to the cultivation and supply of seed and planting material.

Robbert Reijnen lives in Purmerend. His passion is football and he can also be found regularly in the gym.
