/ Lawyers / Sabine Jansen
Sabine Jansen specialises in corporate and bankruptcy law. Her work includes director and shareholder disputes and financing disputes. She also advises and litigates on all kinds of issues, such as questions about franchise and agency agreements and disputes about the performance of commercial contracts.
Sabine has a special affinity with family businesses, having grown up in an entrepreneurial family. As a result, Sabine is aware that business owners have no time for legal "hassle". She therefore always tries to be thoughtful and provide concise, practical advice, keeping the ultimate goal in mind. If it is in the interest of the case, Sabine does not shy away from litigation. When this happens, she always goes for the maximum achievable result and is able to articulate all interests in a clear and focused manner.
In her spare time, Sabine is on the road a lot to visit family and friends across the country. She also enjoys travelling to distant countries with her backpack and dances in a modern jazz group.
