From Deepen Van der Kroef Advocaten has offices in Utrecht, Amsterdam , Alkmaar and Hoorn . We handle the complex cases you would expect at a large firm, but we like to keep it personal. That means a lot of contact with clients and close cooperation with your colleagues.

At our office in Utrecht , 17 lawyers and 2 paralegals work in the Insolvency Law, Corporate Law, Procedural Law, Employment Law and Real Estate & Construction Sections. We work hard and at a high level, but also find humor, a good atmosphere and a healthy work-life balance very important.

Within the Insolvency Law section, we have a broad bankruptcy/trustee and advisory practice. Many lawyers from the Insolvency Law section are regularly appointed as trustee in bankruptcies and administrators in suspensions of payment. They also advise companies in financial difficulties or parties that have to deal with such companies. Our clients are mostly medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs who require a high quality of service and a personal and proactive approach.

We are looking for a lawyer -colleague:

• with solid experience and knowledge of insolvency law, financing and securities and, where applicable, corporate law;
• who can preferably act independently as a curator and administrator;
• with a practical, enterprising and no-nonsense attitude;
• who is enthusiastic and client-oriented.
