About the position

If lawyer As an employee in Utrecht, you will be part of the Corporate Law and Contract Law team, which consists of 10 people. Teams with this expertise also work at other branches, with whom you can always brainstorm. There is a good chance that a colleague has already seen your question. You will also collaborate with experienced specialists outside your area of ​​law. You will receive your own files from day one. We work based on trust, responsibility, and a great deal of personal freedom.

Your responsibilities include:

• Advising on and litigating disputes within the company
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating shareholders' agreements and cooperation agreements
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Advising and litigating disputes regarding commercial contracts
• Knowledge sharing and contributing to the further development of the existing practice

You have:
- approximately 4-7 years of experience as lawyer corporate law and contract law
- experience in both advisory and litigation practice within these areas of law
