With 75 lawyers spread over four offices in the Randstad, Van Diepen is Van der Kroef Advocaten a leading advisor and legal sparring partner for entrepreneurs. At our special location in Amsterdam (South), around 35 lawyers work in a beautiful office building with a garden on the water. The firm's clients are usually medium-sized entrepreneurs who have high demands: top-quality craftsmanship and excellent service from a proactive approach; a business partner they can trust and who knows their industry and company well.

You will work within our IP/IT section and focus on privacy and IT-related issues, advising and supporting clients in the field of privacy legislation, data protection and compliance. The team has an open, pleasant and informal working atmosphere, where professionalism and a high quality of service are paramount. The lines are short and there is an 'open door' policy.

Profile

• a completed master's degree in civil law, with several years (at least 5 years) of relevant work experience in the field of Privacy and IT;
• able to independently handle complex (international) cases;
• commercial, enterprising and independent;
• excellent command of Dutch and English (proficiency in an additional foreign language is a plus).
