With 75 lawyers spread over four offices in the Randstad, Van Diepen Van der Kroef Advocaten A leading advisor and legal sparring partner for entrepreneurs. At our unique location in Amsterdam South, around 35 lawyers work in a beautiful office building with a waterfront garden. The firm's clients are typically medium-sized businesses with high standards: top-quality craftsmanship and excellent service from a proactive approach; a business partner they can trust and who knows their industry and business well.

You'll be working within our IP/IT department, focusing primarily on privacy and IT-related issues, advising and supporting clients on privacy legislation, data protection, and compliance. The team boasts an open, pleasant, and informal work environment, where professionalism and high-quality service are paramount. Communication lines are short, and we operate an open-door policy.

Profile

• a completed master's degree in civil law, with several years (at least 5 years) of relevant work experience in the field of Privacy and IT;
• able to independently handle complex (international) cases;
• commercial, enterprising and independent;
• excellent command of Dutch and English (proficiency in an additional foreign language is an advantage).
