About the position

If lawyer employment law employee in Alkmaar or Hoorn You will be part of the employment law team, which consists of 5 people. There are also 11 colleagues with this expertise working at other branches, with whom you can always brainstorm. There is a good chance that a colleague has already seen your question. You will also collaborate with experienced specialists outside your area of ​​expertise. You will receive your own files from day one. We work based on trust, responsibility, and a great deal of personal freedom.

You are involved with:

• Drafting various employment contracts;
• Advising employers and employees on various employment law topics and current legislative changes;
• Guiding reorganizations;
• Litigating on various employment law topics;
• Organizing seminars, webinars and podcasts;
• Networking and knowledge sharing.

Who are you?

We're looking for someone with strong technical skills who aligns well with our approach: professional, personable, and with an entrepreneurial spirit. You'll have plenty of space and freedom within our office, so we're looking for people who are proactive and independent.

You have:

• A completed bachelor's and master's degree in law;
• 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience as lawyer employment law;
• A completed PALA or Grotius program or the ambition to pursue this program;
• A proactive, down-to-earth and committed attitude;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills;
• Team spirit, enthusiasm and a healthy dose of humor;
• A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build its own network;
• A connection with the West-Friesland region (when it comes to the office) Hoorn ) or with the region Alkmaar /Schagen/Uitgeest (when it comes to the office) Alkmaar ).
