About the vacancy

As a Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for developing and executing various marketing and communication activities. You work closely with colleagues within the organization and know how to translate legal expertise into understandable, engaging, and relevant communication for our various target audiences.

Your duties are varied and include, among other things:

• Contributing ideas for creative marketing campaigns regarding brand awareness and positioning;
• Managing and expanding the Instagram account and further increasing our visibility on LinkedIn;
• Creating, coordinating, and publishing content for the website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other communication channels, among others;
• Supporting lawyers in expanding their practice, from identifying interesting target groups and potential clients to organizing events, developing pitches, and other commercial initiatives;
• Contributing ideas regarding SEO, online visibility, and digital marketing campaigns;
• Analyzing marketing results and translating these into concrete improvements;
• Identifying commercial opportunities and marketing trends within legal services;
• Developing and strengthening our employer branding, in collaboration with HR.

Who are you?

You are an independent and proactive Marketing Specialist who easily switches between different tasks and colleagues. You enjoy both contributing strategically and getting your hands dirty. You understand that working in the legal profession requires professionalism and an eye for detail, while at the same time not daring to come up with new ideas.

In addition:

• Do you have 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in a marketing role within business services, the legal profession, or professional services (a plus);
• Do you have a completed higher professional education in Marketing or Communication;
• Do you have an excellent command of the Dutch language;
• Do you have experience with online marketing and social media (a must);
• Do you have experience with Adobe Creative, Canva, or similar systems;
• Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset, see opportunities, and translate this within the organization;
• Can you take on projects independently and collaborate well at the same time;
• Do you have a feel for branding and do you know how to position a professional organization in a visible and distinctive way;
