About the position

If lawyer real estate law employee in Alkmaar You'll be part of the 10-person Contracts and Real Estate team. We also have 44 colleagues with this expertise working in other offices, and you can always consult with them. Chances are a colleague has already seen your question. You'll also collaborate with experienced specialists outside your legal area. From day one, you'll have your own files. We operate on the basis of trust, responsibility, and a high degree of personal freedom.

You are involved in:

• Drafting of various contracts;
• Drafting general terms and conditions;
• Litigating conflicts and disputes concerning contracts;
• Advising and litigating on construction and other real estate law disputes;
• Organizing seminars, webinars and podcasts;
• Networking and knowledge sharing.

Who are you?

We're looking for someone with strong technical skills who aligns well with our approach: professional, personable, and with an entrepreneurial spirit. You'll have plenty of space and freedom within our office, so we're looking for people who are proactive and independent.

You have:

• A completed bachelor's and master's degree in law;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as lawyer (contract law and/or real estate/construction law is an advantage);
• An internship declaration or prospect of an internship declaration within the short term;
• A proactive, down-to-earth and committed attitude;
• Good communication skills;
• Team spirit and a healthy dose of humor;
• A commercial and enterprising attitude.
