Manon Beijerinck-Dezentjé is a lawyer specialising in corporate law in general and mergers and acquisitions in particular. She assists both buyers and sellers in the completion of equity transactions, private equity deals, joint ventures, asset/liability transactions and restructuring in various sectors.
